  1. Well, it’s nice of him to give you the flight voucher, but I’m disappointed that the manager refused to reverse the charge for the “no-show”. That means that this manager will continue to serve others badly, and your flight voucher will make no difference to them. A much more satisfactory response would have been to fire the manager. He’s not an asset to the company, and YOU were just bought off. Sorry, kid!

    • In fairness to Southwest, that was the hotel manager that refused to reverse the charge. I obviously won’t be trying to stay there again. But I am very glad SW did the right thing! I am genuinely proud of them!
